The new outlet is located at Setia City Mall-Shah Alam, which possesses a huge area of space with approximately 150,000 sqft to provide customers a comforting area to shop for daily use products and necessities. With the huge area of the new outlet, it also enables LuLu to bring in a large amount of products to provide a wide variation of products for attracting and building up their potential customers.

Unfortunately, there was no ceremony for the grand opening of LuLu Setia City Mall due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the LuLu group has come out with attractive inaugural offers/deals and free gifts for their grand opening of the LuLu Setia City Mall in order to attract more customers and also increase the awareness of customers towards their new outlet. The offer contains a diversity of products from daily essential products such as fresh food & beverages, to functional products for instance electrical appliances.
