- Mayer Merdeka Kaw Kaw Campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above with a valid Malaysia’s housing address.
- The employees of Mayer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and their immediate families, representatives, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or public relations agencies, servants and/or agents of dealers and/or contractors of Mayer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
The following are the steps to join the campaign and claim prize item(s) after the campaign period.
- Purchase any Mayer Malaysia products with minimum RM299 eligible spent in a single receipt at Mayer Malaysia participating retailers & online stores.
- Scan QR code or fill up Google Form with details.
- Full Name, IC Number (My Kad) , Contact Number, Email Address, House Address, Name of Sales Assistant/ Retail Promoter, and Photo Receipt Submit your Form HERE!
- The method of gift redemption will be notified by WhatsApp, email or other appropriate media and decided by Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Within 30 working days after campaign end.
- The details provided by the qualified participant for the redemption will be sent within six (6) weeks from the date of confirmation. Mayer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. will determine the appropriate redemption method and inform all participants.
- Mayer Malaysia mystery gift product worth RM69!
- The first 500 eligible redemption units for the entire campaign period, subject to available stock. Redemption is limited to a maximum of two (2) units for each participant throughout the campaign period.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

The campaign is organised by Mayer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and will launch from 15th August 2022 at “00:00:01” to 30th September 2022 at “23:59:59”. Last entry submission will be on 7th October 2022 at “23:59:59”. Mayer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. shall reserve the right to shorten, change, revise or amend the campaign period at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the campaign period will be disqualified.

Participants are eligible to participate in “Merdeka Kaw Kaw” campaign with any purchase of Mayer Malaysia products, with minimum RM299 eligible spent in a single receipt during campaign period is entitled to one (1) entry at Mayer Malaysia participating retailers & online stores.

The proof of purchase for each entry is the receipt or online tax invoice received after purchasing which included the shop name, receipt number, date of purchase and receipt value.

All decisions made in relation to the campaign including the decisions in determining the winners will be at the sole discretion of Mayer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and no further correspondence, attempts to, or request to appeal, review, or dispute of such decisions will be entertained.

Received products awarded by Mayer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is not transferable to any third party, nor are they exchangeable for cash and/or other treatments and service.

Completed process of awarded prize(s) CANNOT be revoked, cancelled, returned, or exchanged for any reason whatsoever.

Mayer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. gives no guarantee on the quality of the item(s) or their suitability for any purpose.

If no query is received after six (6) weeks from the gift redemption notification, the prize item(s) will be considered received and accepted in good order by the member.

Any unclaimed prizes after six (6) weeks shall be forfeited and Mayer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. will not compensate or be held liable for failure to claim the prize(s).

Mayer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change the prizes, amend the Terms and Conditions or terminate this campaign without prior notice to any person at any time and the Participants shall be bound by such changes. All Participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this campaign and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Mayer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

The Participants by participating in this campaign hereby agrees to the terms and conditions which shall include and not limited to the Participant’s consent for to process, use, and disclose the Participant’s personal data (including but not limited to the information provided by the Participant in the entry form, as well as the Participant’s photographs, images, and videos) for purposes of the campaign, and future advertising and publicity in connection with the campaign in any and all media without any monetary payment, additional compensation, notification, or permission.
